On the ground floor there is the living area, with a comfortable sofa on which to relax after a day at the beach, an equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with a sink and toilet. Upstairs, which is accessed by an elegant staircase, there are two bedrooms. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a view that ranges from the green of the countryside to the blue of the Adriatic Sea. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, one of which is suspended on the wall. The sleeping area is completed by an elegant bathroom with shower. All the rooms of "Mia House" are characterized by a new and original design decor, with fine details, which will make your vacation even more fascinating. The accommodation is equipped with a state-of-the-art air conditioning system and underfloor heating. Guest access The entire accommodation, completely independent, is fully available to guests. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. There is a water purifier in the accommodation. According to the resolutions of the Municipal Administration, the payment of a tourist tax is required in addition to the cost of the accommodation, to be paid on site, equal to €1.00 per night for each guest (up to six consecutive nights).
