The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs, beds for six, and a sofa bed in the downstairs living room. If necessary, the host can also provide high-quality extra mattresses for three. Suitable for year-round use, the apartment has an air heat pump, a wood stove and a fireplace. Wood is included in the price of the accommodation. There is an efficient air conditioner upstairs, so you can decide for yourself at what temperature you sleep! If the booking calendar is not available at the time you wish, please contact the host. We'll let you know if there are any changes to the booking calendar. Guest access There is free parking in the area in your own yard for several cars. Check-in with the host is arranged flexibly by messages after the booking is accepted. Accommodation for motorhomes is agreed separately. Other things to note - Electric or hybrid car charging when possible, negotiable in advance - Pets must also be reported as passengers - There is a new air heat pump downstairs and an air conditioner/auxiliary heater (9000 BTU) upstairs, so the whole house can be cooled/warmed. -The apartment is not fully accessible, there are two stairs to the bathroom and toilet and the bedrooms are upstairs. - The water comes from the well in the yard, so please use it sparingly. For example, filling the pool or washing the car is not allowed, so that the water does not run out later. However, water has always been sufficient for normal everyday needs. - By separate agreement, the host can take care of drying your laundry with a tumble dryer. Note! The dryer is not located in the building, but at the host's home nearby. -You can separately book cleaning during your stay, ask for more information.
