The rates are $25 per person per day, $125 for 4 people for 4 days, or $150 for 4 people for 7 days. The Club features access to the lake/beach, pool, volleyball, tennis, boat/watersport rentals, and more. Please note that Boulder Lake Club is only open on weekends. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - Must be 25 years of age or older. - No fireworks, smoking indoors, parties. - HOA Amenities are open on Memorial day - Labor day. - Fireplace ashes must not be disposed of outside, in the yard, or in the woods—please use the ash bucket provided.
