Welcome to our new guest cottage where you will enjoy Los Angeles while spending time in a quiet and private space designed for working professionals, single travelers, or couples. The light filled interior has garden views and is well connected to Beverly Hills, Westwood, UCLA, Hollywood, Culver City, Downtown LA, Santa Monica and Venice. After a day of touring or work, dinner is a short walk away or you can use the fully equipped kitchenette. A signed rental agreement is required. Other things to note Rental includes cleaning approximately every three weeks (no laundry included). No pets and no smoking allowed in the unit or on the property.
