As you enter the Casita from its spacious deck you are immediately presented with a full gourmet kitchen and spacious living room and you can’t help but notice the floor to ceiling windows that showcase an expansive view of the Cucharas River, complete with its boundless terrain filled with cottonwood trees and birds. The ample size bedroom features a king size bed and deluxe mattress fitted with 100% cotton Pima sheets and down blankets and the bathroom is adorned with quartz tile, two shower heads for sharing, two sinks, two LED lighted mirrors and soft, plush towels. The large and roomy Casita deck overlooks the Cucharas River and is equipped with a propane BBQ for grilling up dining delights, or perhaps you might enjoy some easy yoga, or you might even venture out for a walk in our new Park right on the bank of the river or, maybe you’ll just opt to relax and sit back on the comfy lounge chairs while you take in the gorgeous Colorado sunsets and listen to the sounds of the diverse wildlife. A 68” OLED Smart TV, an onsite washer/dryer, high-speed Internet/WiFi and private deck and entrance are all additional features of this very exclusive sanctuary.
