Beautiful 1 bedroom condo, privately owned, located at the exclusive Silverado Resort & Spa property, conveniently located near the best wineries, restaurants, shops etc. Tastefully designed for the perfect romantic getaway destination, while also comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Fall asleep on luxuriously soft bedding sheets and a high-end king size mattress. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen. NOTE:the space is equipped with portable heaters and portable fans (no A/C) The space It is located in the heart of Napa Valley, inside the exclusive and luxury Silverado Resort. The unit is on the upper level with a private entry accessible via a short staircase (that's 14 steps up to the front door). The suite is spacious and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Including a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (bedding linens and pillows are stashed under the large sectional). Overlooking the garden is the master bedroom with a high-end mattress and king size bed with incredibly soft bedding. Guest access Basic Resort Amenities: - Wifi: free access for guests - Resort Pool: at south west corner of the resort (see map for location - NOT the main pool & hot tub which is only reserved for hotel guests) - Parking: free for guests (no permit required) - Main Mansion House: indoor and patio bar dining. - The Grill: the resort restaurant. - Washer & Dryer w/ coins: on lower level, just around the corner of the unit. - Note: only resort members have access to the tennis courts and golf course. However pro-golfers are welcome to play during the annual Safeway Open. Visit the official event site for details! NOTE - The Spa: conveniently located across the Silverado Resort for massages and spa treatments. **You can also purchase a day pass to access the fitness gym and spa pool (access fee waived if massage treatments are booked). Guest to contact Spa directly for fees and schedules. Other things to note --- Check the map I provide for fastest path to the unit (the onsite map by the parking lot doesn’t show all unit numbers and can be confusing when you arrive late at night) and locate the swimming pool. --- Welcome coffee K-cups are available for your first day at the condo. --- Paper towels and kitchen towels are also available in the kitchen in case there's a spill that needs to be cleaned up. --- As an Airbnb listing, there isn't daily housekeeping in the unit. But if you wish to have daily cleaning, I can recommend a local cleaner! --- The unit is privately owned and located on the resort grounds. Just like staying at hotels, you may occasionally hear neighbors. The benefit of being on the top floor is that you won't be hearing guests walking in the unit above! --- There is no HVAC in this unit. There are however cooling towers and heating towers available. If this is an issue, please consider another reservation. --- Late check out fees applies (rate of $100 per hour delay). --- Guest count accuracy on the Airbnb app is the guest's responsibility to update for liability reasons.
