Ideal for disconnecting and recharging, the Chamois cottage overlooks Lake Bourget. Located in an exceptional and preserved setting, you will enjoy absolute calm and a grandiose view of the lake. Isolated, but close to amenities, a stay in the Chamois cottage will allow you to enjoy a unique and ecological experience, surrounded by nature, in the heart of the two Savoies. EVJF or EVG type gatherings are strictly prohibited. Thank you :) The space The Chamois gîte is one of the two gîtes that make up the barn, called L'Alpage. It is located on the ground floor. Between authenticity and modernity, you will be seduced by its stone walls, its large openings to nature, its outdoor spaces, and its wood-burning stove. It consists of a warm and bright living room with wood-burning stove and large bay windows. You will find a living room area overlooking a large terrace with lake views, and a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a small, more intimate terrace, perfect for meals. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, 180 and 140 cm, (possibility to configure one into two single beds) a shower room and a private toilet. The exceptional preserved environment that you can enjoy at L'Alpage comes, in part, from the fact that the hamlet does not have access to the water of the municipality. The Alpage has therefore been designed with a rainwater collection and storage network, capable of providing you with all the necessary comfort. (running water, hot water, dishwasher, washing machine) Nevertheless, you will still be aware of your water consumption, to allow you, if you wish, to make it reasonable :) We also invite you to provide mineral water for your stay. Guest access Separate entrance, parking and washing machine shared with the Eterlou cottage; located upstairs. Other things to note Narrow and winding access road, for the last 5 minutes. Remember to provide mineral water for your consumption during the stay. The Chamois cottage is close to the Eterlou cottage. All access is private and independent, but you will need to respect the peace and quiet that guests are looking for when staying with us. Bachelorette or bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
