The space The apartment is on the second floor, without a lift only 40 steps of a wide and comfortable stone staircase, consists of a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and overlooking the habitable terrace. The apartment with high ceilings is completed by the double living room with sofas and TV, the dining room with armchair and a small office area, not to be missed the large fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, Air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is in the ZTL area, literally a 2-minute walk from the Uffizi, in the heart of the city for a total immersion among the monuments of beautiful Florence. To access with your own car and avoid incurring penalties for no parking and unauthorized entry into the ZTL, agreements are available with car parks in the area. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy suitcases and want help we can organize help with your bags with a contribution of 15 euros to be paid upon arrival. Guest access The apartment is in Via dei Saponai (ZTL area, only Residents Cars , taxi and cars headed to private garages can acces to the area) and is located on the second floor without lift of a building in old Florence built on what was originally a noble villa from the 1200s (whose coat of arms is still visible on the façade). Air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The central location of the apartment also has the advantage of being quiet in the sleeping area and also in the area facing the street. Going up the stairs you enter the apartment which opens onto the large living room with sofas and TV, on the right there is a large living room with dining table and small office area The kitchen is equipped for cooking, there is a double door fridge, electric oven, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, American coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, moka coffee maker. Other equipment is available in the kitchen counters. The delightful terrace in the internal courtyard with wicker table and armchairs offers a relaxing oasis for a coffee, a breakfast or an evening aperitif. Upon request it is possible to provide a quote for garages available in the area. It is not possible to freely access the ZTL and parking on the street, entry and parking are penalized by a fine.
