Other things to note -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. -Non-Refundable $150.00 pet fee /pet required. (2) Pet Max. - A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed. -Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. -Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.
