A large lounge, dining room, and laundry. On the ground floor there are two garages, tenants have access to one garage. While there are ceiling fans in each room there are no air conditioners or screens on the glass doors facing the ocean. A separate self contained studio is on tbe 1st level - garage ground floor. Enquire if you wish to include this space for extra guests in your reservation. Guest access As a guest you have full use of the house, garden and one garage with driveway for off street parking. There is a separate studio 'The Hideaway ' on the 1st level with own entrance. You may also book this extra queen room with kitchen & bathroom 2-4 people with sofa lounge . Or minimal interaction with studio guests may happen at the front doir entrance side by side. Look at art studio pictures to view the space. Other things to note Please note there is a separate fully self-contained one bedroom unit on the ground floor. The unit is also listed separately and may have tenants.
