Located right across the street from Starbucks, Buffalo Exchange, and the famous Taco Guild, relax comfortably with vaulted ceilings, a spacious layout, outdoor patio, and a quiet bedroom with a Queen-size bed — perfect for solo travelers or couples. Plus, the Light Rail station is walkable, which goes to Uptown, Downtown, the airport, Tempe, and Mesa. Only 1 PRE-APPROVED dog is allowed. - Detached roomy casita with a living room, 1 bedroom (Queen mattress), 1 full bathroom, fast WiFi, and 2 Roku TV’s (living room & bedroom). - Private outdoor patio with a table and chairs. - Kitchenette is furnished with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hot plate/burner, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishes & cookware. - Dining table & chairs for meals, games, and working. - Garment steamer for removing wrinkles on clothes. - AC/Heat via 2 wall-mounted mini-split units — one in each room. - Fresh linens, towels, and washcloths provided. - NOTE: There is no range / oven, dishwasher, or washer & dryer. Guest access - Free street parking available in front of the main house. - Access the casita from a dedicated driveway gate and fenced walkway, which gives you complete privacy to the front door. - Keyless, contactless entry. A smart lock code will be provided before checking in. Other things to note PET POLICY (Dogs only) - Dog must be PRE-APPROVED before booking. Failing to notify the host of a dog will result in a $450 fee (per pet). Full payment will be required immediately upon discovery of your pet, or your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you'll need to vacate the property. - If your dog is approved, there's an additional fee of $25 per night. This must be selected during your Reservation in the Airbnb app. If you forgot to select this when booking, then any change must be made directly to the booking by selecting “Change reservation” in the reservations details page. - Due to the size of the space and sensitivity of other guests, the dog must be < 40 lbs. and hypoallergenic (non-shedding). - Submit a photo of your dog prior to booking for approval. Also include their name, age, breed, size, and proof of rabies vaccination. - 1 dog MAX. More than 1 approved dog is never allowed, ever. - Only dogs are allowed; no other kind of animals. This applies to service animals. - Dog must be at least 2 years old, house-trained, potty-trained, and a non-chewer. - Dog cannot be left alone in the casita for ANY amount of time unless you’re bringing a kennel or gate to keep the dog in while you’re away. You will be required to send a photo of the kennel / gate set up in the casita as proof that you can leave without the dog. If you don’t send proof of a kennel / gate, then the dog is required to be with you at all times during your stay. - If your dog is approved, more rules and instructions will be sent separately prior to your arrival. 1 EXTRA GUEST (requires pre-approval) - Even though there is a 2 guest MAX occupancy (not including infants under 18 months), a 3rd guest can be allowed if PRE-APPROVED by the host. - You must notify the host of the 3rd guest. - You must provide your own sleeping arrangement for the 3rd guest if the couch is too small (ie. bring your own air mattress). - If approved, there's an additional fee of $40 per night for the 3rd guest. - Any reservation changes (such as adding a third guest after only booking 2) must be made directly to the booking by selecting “Change reservation” in the reservations details page. - Extra towels and washcloths will be provided. - Failing to notify the host of a 3rd guest will result in a $400 fee. - A 4th guest is not allowed ever. TRIP ALTERATIONS - Extending a trip can usually be accommodated if the request is at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, and as long as the new check-out date does not fall on a Saturday. - Shortening a trip must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, and and as long as the new check-out date does not fall on a Saturday. This also follows the 14 day cancellation policy in terms of refunds. - If the trip duration remains the same and you’d just like to move up the check-in date (eg. a two night trip where check-in would be June 3 instead of June 4), then this must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. These types of requests will typically be approved as long as the new check-out date does not fall on a Saturday. - Any reservation changes must be made directly to the booking by selecting “Change reservation” in the reservations details page.
