All the essentials are provided. We have extra linens, a washer and dryer in the garage, and shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Enjoy Roku TV's in each room with Spectrum cable. You may access your Netflix/Hulu/HBO accounts using the ROKU tv. Matt and myself are available 24/7 by phone. We can be at the house or send someone to assist you within a few hours. We are working parents so we may have to finish our shifts before coming to fix a problem. Matt also works near the house and can stop by on his lunch break if you need something pressing that cannot wait. I love to go deep sea fishing. The area offers many deep sea charters, kayaking, and beach adventures. I also really enjoy Sam's beach bar and Zim Zari. My kids love the bowling alley, cinema, skating rink, and Congo mini golf nearby. Fred Howard Park is our favorite beach in the area. You can drive or Uber to most things in the area. For the nicer beaches such as Fred Howard park, I would recommend renting a car. No smoking is allowed in the home at anytime. This includes vaping/drug/cigars/tobacco. Please be aware the pool heater is electric and requires air temp to be above 50 degrees to work. This may limit swimming hours during extreme weather.
