You'll enter through the front door and head downstairs to your approximately 1,000 sq ft private suite. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The private bathroom includes all essential toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, air fryer, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials. Enjoy a private dining area and private living room. The bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk, and a large dresser. During your stay I live upstairs and am usually available if you need anything. I respect your privacy and won’t interact unless you’d like me to. I travel frequently, so you’ll often have the property nearly to yourself. Other things to note The only shared areas are the entry door and the laundry room, which is located in the basement. I’ll coordinate with you ahead of time whenever I need to come downstairs to do laundry. Once inside, your suite is fully private. I'm away about half the time, so you'll often have the home to yourself. For added privacy and security, locks are installed on all bedroom doors.
