The public park can get busy during summer with other families enjoying the waterfront but you have your own private swimming area directly in front of the cottage. The boat launch is on the other side of the public park, so no worries about boat or vehicle traffic. Other things to note The sleep arrangements are best suited for 4 adults and 4 kids or 6 adults maximum.
