Located in Gigean in a residential area. 5 min from the A9, 10 min from Balaruc les Bains, 15 min from the beaches of Frontignan and Sète and 20 min from Montpellier. In Gigean, you will have Carrefour Contact, 3 bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco shops, pizzerias, kebabs, BBQ grill restaurant, pleasant market on Saturday mornings and plenty of other small shops. 10 minutes away, Balaruc and Mèze you will find very good restaurants. The space 🌹La Villamour🌹 Detached villa with shared pool with us owners. The villa consists of a veranda, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower/toilet and sink), and a private garden. The villa has private access. At your disposal: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove with oven, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, dishes and utensils for cooking, TV in the bedroom and living room with Netflix. Linens and towels are included. ☕🫖 Complimentary coffee and tea. Housekeeping NOT INCLUDED, household products are at your disposal.
