Welcome to our charming 1932 country house, recently renovated. A true haven of peace in the heart of a preserved wooded area. Spread over two floors, this house offers modern comfort and a warm atmosphere. Please note that during the summer period (mid-July to the end of August) it is possible to hear entertainment from the nearby leisure centre outside and during the day. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm wide bed. The ensuite bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms await you. Each with a comfortable 140 cm wide bed. An additional bathroom is also available with a basin and a walk-in shower. A closed toilet with a door completes this floor. The house retains its old-world charm with its original parquet and doors renovated in the three bedrooms. Access to the first floor is via the original central wooden staircase, which has been fully renovated. The fully-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy around the dining table that can accommodate up to six guests. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and an HD TV are at your disposal. The house is equipped with fibre optics and Wi-Fi. Enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace, where a table awaits you for your outdoor meals. A charcoal ball barbecue is also available for tasty grills. Guest access The house and its exterior are entirely available to guests. You will reach the entrance of the estate via a bucolic path indicated by signs.
