These will take you in the forest along the river "Le Louts" to discover the beauties of the Chalosse. Isolated by the forest from a leisure center and 1 km from the lively village with its amenities (bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, farm shop (local products), API autonomous grocery store, bowling alley, playground, city stadium, fishing pond); 45 minutes by car from the Landes beaches and 2 hours from the mountains. Welcome to our lovely newly renovated 1932 country house. A true haven of peace in the heart of an unspoiled wooded space. Spread over two floors, this home offers modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a comfortable bed 160cm wide. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower on one level as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms are waiting for you. Each with a comfortable bed 140cm wide. An extra bathroom is also available with a sink and walk-in shower on one level. A closed toilet with a door completes this floor. The house retains its old-world charm with its original hardwood floors and renovated doors in the three bedrooms. Access to the floor is via the original central wooden stairs completely renovated. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy around the dining table that seats up to six guests. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and HD TV are at your disposal. The house is equipped with fiber optic and wifi. Enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace, where a table awaits for your alfresco dining. A charcoal ball barbecue is also available for tasty grills. Guest access The house and its exterior are entirely available to guests. You will reach the entrance of the estate via a bucolic path indicated by signs.
