Nestled in the greenery of the Valle dei Casali nature reserve (a protected natural area in Rome), this beautiful loft will offer you precious moments of tranquillity just a few minutes from the city centre. The stop for bus 98 is 100 metres away; without changing buses, you can reach Piazza San Pietro (Vatican City) in 20 minutes and Castel Sant'Angelo in 25 minutes. The line is also operational at night. For those coming by car, there is free parking available on the private street in front of the apartment. The space Small but cosy; it has all the necessary comforts. Air conditioning, dishwasher, electric oven + microwave, smart TV, internet (fibre) with coverage on the terrace as well, wardrobe with shoe rack and chest of drawers, etc. The sofa bed has a very comfortable mattress (140 x 195, height 18 cm). You'll find everything you need for cooking, and the supermarket is just 300 metres from the apartment. For an additional fee, guests can also access an indoor covered car park (€15 per day), the swimming pool (€7.50 per person per hour) and a laundry service. The pool is 250 meters from the apartment. It is shared with a few other guests and a service we offer in collaboration with a partener structure. We provide beach towels. Guest access Check-in will always be in person during the specified hours. We will personally welcome you and provide advice after listening to your needs. Outside check-in hours, you will need to pay a small surcharge. It will be very important to specify this when making the booking. You will have the entire space to yourself. Only the swimming pool (250 metres from the apartment) is shared with other guests. Guests may use the swimming pool from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for an additional fee (€7.50 per person per hour). The apartment is on the third floor. The lift only goes up to the second floor. You will need to climb one flight of stairs.
