Large bright room in cozy house

Come and spend some relaxing moments in this spacious and quiet space... The room is on the 1st floor of a contemporary, warm and bright house. It has a large dressing room, a desk, a beautiful private bathroom and a nice terrace. Located in a residential area of Saint-Grégoire, the house is close to the CHP clinic (5-minute walk), Alphasis (business district), 10 minutes from the center of Rennes and on the road to Dinard/St Malo/Mont St Michel. During your stay I love meeting people and would be happy to welcome you to hand you the keys and get to know you if you so wish.
