The high-quality kitchen is a chef's dream, complemented by a dining table for 6 and a lake-view balcony. The space The home is accessed via a 100 meter meandering path through the trees. Enter the home on the lower level where you find both bedrooms as well as an indoor garden. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable pillows and duvet, work space, television, ensuite bathroom and private balcony. A stunningly designed staircase leads you to the expansive upper level, where a comfortable and panoramic living space awaits. In this space a custom designed sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. Our fully appointed kitchen and dining area invite culinary adventures and shared meals. Floor-to-ceiling 20-foot windows seamlessly blend the outdoors with the indoors, offering unparalleled views of the private bay, lake, and mountains. Guest access Guests will have access to 3 of the property's 4 acres. We have available for your use kayaks, paddleboards and water toys. Our jet boat is available exclusively for guests at the cost of only the pilot and fuel. Depending upon the season there are fruit trees and a vegetable garden, as well as approximately 1k of walking trails. There are 3 other houses which share the 4 acre property but each home is very private. Other things to note Please be mindful of the short walk to access the house. Also, quiet hours on this property are strict (8pm to 8am) as we live on a very quiet peninsula. Music is to be played only indoors at a respectful level.
