Private Community-Heated Pool- Put put Golf! Our spacious 4-bedroom house is perfect for your family vacation. We are located in a private gated community in Wilton Manors/Ft Lauderdale. The house has a heated pool, a golf putting area, outdoor dining and lounging, smart TVs in each room, 2 living areas, an office area, and 2 huge master suites. You can walk to Mills Pond Park, which has tons of family activities & Mickel Park, with a splash pad workout area. There are wild bunnies! The space The true highlight of our home is the lush and private backyard and pool area. Indulge in the South Florida sun as you bask in our massive saltwater heated pool. There is an outdoor dining table, 2 loungers, BBQ, and a professionally designed putting green. The pool is only heated in the winter months. We need 24 hours notice to heat the pool and the fee is $45.00 per day and must be for the entire duration of the stay. Step inside and be greeted by our spacious living room, thoughtfully designed to bring the entire family together. Whether it's game night, movie marathons, or simply enjoying each other's company, our inviting space creates cherished moments. Privacy is ensured with our clever split floor plan, offering 2 separate living areas and office space off of the dining room. The HVAC system, including the dryer vent, has been cleaned and sanitized. New UV-C lights have been installed into the intake and outflow to kill any bacteria, mold or viruses. Guest access We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. Find us and other listings through BNR Vacation Rentals. We have outdoor security cameras and noise detection systems. Please do not cause outside noise disturbances after sundown. The trash bins must be taken out on designated trash days. The lawn and pool are serviced weekly. The maintenance crew will be on the property to perform services. Home to (now famous in the news) Lionhead Jenada Isle bunnies that can be hand-fed out in our front yard. Our house, specifically, is where some of the last remaining bunnies sleep each night. Lauderdale, and 5 minutes to Wilton Manor strip, featuring plenty of restaurant and bar options.
