Carrick Lodge is a stunning new build located in a peaceful countryside setting by the sea. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife & country walks. Sleeps up to 6 people, with 2 twin bedrooms & a master bedroom with ensuite. Pett Level beach is a 5 min walk. The historic towns of Rye & Hastings are within walking distance, or a bus ride away, running hourly. There are 2 local pubs in Pett village, which can be reached by a 5 min drive or half-hour walk. Dog friendly *Strictly max 2*. No events. The space The lodge offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, where you can unwind and enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside and the nearby beach. The kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, dishwasher and an air fryer. Tea & coffee are provided. The dining table seats 6. The lounge area has sofa’s, smart tv and voice activated Alexa. There are 2 sets of patio doors which open out onto the decking area which includes garden furniture, leading onto the beautiful, spacious secluded garden, safe for dogs or little ones! The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and all bedrooms offer plenty of storage space. Towels and bedding are supplied. There are board games and puzzles to enjoy. There is plenty of room for parking. Please be assured that all areas are thoroughly cleaned to a high standard in accordance with Airbnb guidelines between every guests stay. Guest access Guests access via Marsham Brook lane, follow the lane until you see signs for Carrick Lodge towards the end on the right. Enter the lodge via steps to the front door. Other things to note Information booklet inside lodge with local details of shops, walks etc. Please note, the property size is a maximum of 6 guests (including infants) & up to 2 dogs allowed. Parking shared but maximum if 3 cars.
