Experience NYC's vibrant Lower East Side from my cool, hip 1-bed apartment that leads to a cute backyard. I also have a Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in-unit for longer stays! The place is walkable to trendy restaurants/nightlife/shopping/galleries 4 train lines, yet on a quiet tree-lined street, away from the noise. This is currently a monthly listing, and it's perfect for fashion/tech/art/New York lovers! The space You'll have an island kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, 300+ Mbps internet (typically 500 Mbps), and a cute bathroom with lots of mirrors to get all pretty before you go out! The apartment is listed as 1 bedroom - entire home, but it's technically 1 bedroom and 1 office. The office will be off-limits, but I will be leaving the room open so you can get good sunlight and AC from both sides of the home! 1st floor - 1st apartment when you enter the building. Other things to note Since this is my home, I'm looking forward to having someone who'll truly enjoy the comforts of my spot, but also be respectful of it.
