The Nest Guesthouse

Enjoy this cozy home, a lovely place to unwind after work or play. This newly renovated house is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation! With everything on one level it is ideal for kids or seniors. Or a quiet relaxing space for work away from home. The Nest is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, only 2 blocks from downtown for access to shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is here including a smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The space The Nest Guesthouse is a small house full of character and features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Included with your stay is the feature coffee bar, complete with a stocked Keurig for those who need their coffee ASAP, and a grinder and French press-everything the connoisseur needs. Enjoy your hot drink inside or on the patio in our private fenced yard. When the weather turns cool we have a propane fire table for your enjoyment while relaxing under the lights of the covered patio gazebo. The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite and closet, while the second bedroom holds 2 queen beds, one in a loft and one below. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for ease of sleeping. Well-behaved pets (1) are welcome in the back yard and allowed inside at the back door in a crate or on a mat. Please keep off furniture and areas with carpet (bedrooms) please. A $40 pet fee will be applied. You are responsible for the supervision of your pet and cleaning up after them inside and out - additional charges will be applied for damages, extra cleaning due to pets or picking up outside mess. Ideally, please take pet past the backyard gate for their potty business. NO SMOKING INSIDE - if you smoke outside, please clean up your butts or a cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access There is a concrete driveway with two parking spaces as well as on the street. There are no steps to enter the house.
