The space This 82m2 light-flooded apartment with great design for 4 people awaits you with a very high quality equipment. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment and of course with everything around it. To make sure your sleep is first class, a cozy KING size bed (1.80mx2.00m) and hotel level bedding awaits you. For the 3rd and 4th guest there is a comfortable box spring sofa bed. Of course, there is also a dining area for 4 people and a large smart TV with streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, freezer and everything you need to cook delicious meals. Stores for daily needs ( Rewe, Lidl, DM ) You can reach on foot in 5 min. You still have to do something for work/university? No problem! You can work comfortably at the height-adjustable desk. In nice weather, the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essentials such as shower gel & shampoo. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome kit with coffee and tea and a small care kit. Additional services: - late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge A registration form must be filled out before check-in.
