The space Quietly located on a spacious pasture, with a view of the Breitenstein and Wendelstein mountains, our high-quality, modern, country-style holiday apartment at the end of a smal housing estate with its own garden awaits adventurous guests, families and groups of friends who finally want to feel the real moment again. The 60 square meter apartment "Glücksmomente" with your own spacious garden, which invites you to linger and soak up the sun, is located in a newly built house, which was built according to ecological standards. With a brand new kitchen, 2 separate rooms, a large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as a spacious entrance area, this apartment with an extraordinary design and furnishing concept in a modern, warm country house style awaits fun-loving guests. - Living in the ecological new building from 2023 - Unobstructed mountain view and quiet location - familyfriendly - great location between lake, hiking and ski areas - Platform with train connection only 2.5 km away "Live the moment": You will not only find our motto in life in the furnishings of the apartment. We ourselves know only too well from our own experience how difficult it can often be in the stress of everyday life to consciously perceive the small but crucial moments in life, to be completely in the here and now. That's why these little "joie de vivre moments" await you in your MY STAY apartment: With your first cup of hand-filtered pour-over coffee, you consciously start the day with a view of the mountains. With one of the numerous sports and leisure activities in the area, you can shake off the stress and worries of everyday life and then have the opportunity to devote yourself to your partner and/or family. In addition, our accommodation offers you games, books and exercises for young and old, for example on the subject of mindfulness, personality development or communication. Our furniture is therefore made of real wood, the windows and doors are handmade and consist of untreated spruce. The floor was also provided with wooden floorboards. It is heated with wood pellets. Our selection of organic teas, from which you can help yourself free of charge on site, come from the "Herbaria" factory, which is only a stone's throw away. The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business.
