Furnished with brand-new items, our modern and spacious apartment has everything you need! You can enjoy pleasant moments in the garden, by the pool, or on your private balcony. While your children have fun in the playground, you can relax and savor the holiday atmosphere away from noise. The space Apartment Features • Our spacious 2+1 apartment is ideal for families of four. • It features one master bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the children's room. • All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and comfortable beds. Kitchen and Dining Area • Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you may need for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, spice racks, wine glasses, etc.). However, food items (such as salt, sugar, oil, etc.) are not provided. • Appliances include a stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, and tea maker. • There are 4-person dining tables both indoors and on the balcony. You can enjoy your meals in the air-conditioned interior or outdoors in the fresh air. Garden and Social Areas • Our garden features a barbecue area. Please let us know if you would like to have a barbecue. • Enjoy complimentary coffee by the pool, sunbathe on the loungers, or relax on the veranda. • A free-to-use ping pong table is also available in the garden. Living Room and Relaxation Area • The living room offers a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a television. • End your day peacefully by watching the sunset from your balcony. Bathroom • Our spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with 24-hour hot water. Other things to note Important Notes • As we are located in a newly developing area, there are ongoing construction works nearby. This may cause some dust on the balconies and the view may not meet all expectations. However, the peaceful environment inside the complex and the comfort of your apartment will more than make up for it. • Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. An ashtray is provided on each apartment's balcony for smoking. Please smoke only in the designated balcony areas. • We do not accept reservations from single male guests or groups of men. • Maximum capacity: 4 adults + 1 infant (0–2 years). A crib can be provided upon request. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation or charge additional fees if the declared number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy. Floor Information and Preferences • Our building has 5 floors with various apartments available for rent. • There is an elevator for easy access to all floors. • If you have a floor preference, please check our other listings to find the most suitable apartment for you.
