The property keys are located off-site at a Keynest checkpoint, just a 9 minutes’ walk from the property. You’ll need to collect the keys first before you can access the property. You must inform us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the standard check-in hours. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Please be aware that arrivals after hours must be approved in advance and will incur an additional fee of 100 AUD for key handover arrangements.
