Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Recently re-designed with a BRAND NEW pool, our three bedroom, two bath vacation home is quiet, comfortable and enough room for the whole and space to bring your water or desert toys. Situated on a cul-du-sac in a quiet neighborhood in Fort Mohave you'll have the perfect place to relax after being on the water or in the desert. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do whenever we get a chance to make it out! The space You'll enter the home and immediately notice the comfort of the living room with the soft blue and tropical feel. The smart TV allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming apps or gather around the large coffee table and play a game of Scrabble and reconnect with the fam. The open living room and dining room is slightly partitioned off from the house with additional eat in dining space. The first bedroom just off the living room had a large queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk beds with PlayStation and smart TV for the kids to hang out. The large master bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed, private bathroom and patio door to the backyard. The large backyard is equipped with an outdoor dining table and BBQ. Master: King bed (sleeps 2) + rollaway bed (sleep 1) + smart TV Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full (sleeps 3) + smartTV + video games Bedroom 3: Queen (sleeps 2) BONUS: The garage is all gamed out for you to enjoy! Pool - NOT heated **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. Other things to note Please read the additional rules before booking. PETS Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. POOL The pool is not heated at this time. PARKING You're welcome to use the driveway to park. QUIET HOURS It's a very quiet neighborhood, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day, per the city. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Fort Mohave, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 10 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
