Cozy guesthouse in the center of Habo

Cozy and well-equipped guesthouse (sleeps 6) with charm and an 'edge,' decorated with secondhand items and unique details. Patio, barbecue, garden access, parking (two cars). The cottage (45 sqm) is centrally located with walking distance to shops, restaurants, train/bus. Experience nearby: playgrounds, swimming lakes, canoeing and horseback riding, golf, slalom skiing, Habo Church, outdoor activities in the Hökensås Nature Reserve, elite-level volleyball/floorball, the Elmia trade fair. Several major cities can be reached within 15-60 minutes by car/train/bus. The space The guesthouse is 45 square meters (484 square feet) and has a sleeping loft. In total, there are six sleeping spaces: one double bedroom with a 160-cm-wide bed, one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with comfortable box spring mattresses, and a loft with two single beds. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV, a kitchen island with two bar stools, and a built-in sitting area/dining area for relaxing. Three steps down is the bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. The guest house, which was originally an outbuilding and garage, was renovated by Jonna and Erik (the hosts). The cottage is located right next to the hosts' house, on the same lot, but with its own patio for barbecue evenings, and with access to parts of the garden for kubb, ball games or other activities. Guest access Guests have access to the whole guesthouse, free parking (2 spaces), and a private patio with a dining area, barbecue grill, and sun umbrella. We have outdoor games available such as kubb, badminton, bocce. Our garden/lawn is available for outdoor games/Kubb, etc. We are happy to greet our guests in person, but can of course also leave a key if this is preferred. Other things to note The guesthouse has a combined kitchen/living room with a furnished dining area/sofa corner that seats four people. For larger groups of 5/6 people, there are extra chairs in the adjacent bedroom so that everyone can fit around the dining table. For longer stays, the guesthouse is most suitable for four people or less. The guesthouse is located next to the hosts' own residence, but has its own patio and access to the garden. A so-called "spar" staircase leads up to the loft. It can be perceived as steep and difficult to walk on, for example, for the elderly or small children. All doors to bedrooms and bathrooms are sliding doors to save space.
