The space Independent accommodation of main house, ideal for 1 or 2 people with capacity up to 4 staff, pet friendly. It has: - Fully equipped kitchen, - Garage with electric gate for two cars, - 1 bedroom, with two double beds - Living room with a large sofa bed (2 sleeping places) TV with Fire TV (Alexa control, Prime Video, you can download streaming with your key) - 1 spacious bathroom, only the shower is 1 x 1 meter. - Washing room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (includes laundry soap and softener and/or dryer softening wipes) Adobe house, very well insulated, air-conditioned with a mini-split heat-and-cool unit, electric heater for winter, and a standing fan for summer, which make the stay more pleasant. The house is single floor, at the main entrance it has no steps, the driveway entrance to the house, it has a single step of 25 cm. approx. Guest access Access to guests is only a part of the property as the house is divided into two sections, each has a separate entrance and does not share any space. The patio area is demarcated by a white fence; if you need more patio space, we can adapt it to your needs. Other things to note The walls are thick enough that you can't hear from one place to another. So they'll have privacy.
