Ljunghusen Guesthouse

Warm welcome to this cozy guesthouse of 60 sqm in the heart of Ljunghusen! Enjoy a large enclosed patio (36 sqm) facing south with outdoor furniture. Private driveway for 2 cars. 6 guests in total (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine and drying rack. Fast Wi-Fi. Close to the beach (900m), Annas bakery (1.3 km), ICA grocery store (1.1 km), Ljunghusens Golf Club (1.5 km), and tennis courts (600 m). The space Spacious hallway with coat hanging area, mirror, dining space, and kitchen in close proximity. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, and bedside table with a lamp. Blinds are present in every window, and there are curtains in the bedrooms as well. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, and vanity with space for towels and other bathroom essentials. The living room has a sofa bed (140x210cm), desk, 2 comfortable armchairs, and a TV with Apple TV and Chromecast. In the living room, there are also some toys for small children to play with. Various board games and books are also available. Throughout the guesthouse, there is both fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet port for a wired connection if desired. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, as well as the spacious patio and adjacent parking area with space for 2 cars. Other things to note In the house, there is a TV with Chromecast, and you can use your own mobile device and apps to watch what you desire. AppleTV is also available. Cleaning after your stay is included. Bed linens, towels, and bath towels are provided regardless of the length of your stay. A crib is available for rent at 200 SEK per stay. Electric vehicle charging is available for an extra fee, subject to agreement with the host. The guesthouse is located near, but separate from, the main residence. We have a small dog (labradoodle) in the main residence. Warm welcome!
