Shared salt pool, all you have to do is relax while sipping a Pac à l'eau or a fresh pastaga from our home to the sound of cicadas. The space You enter through the bay window to the fully independent studio which includes the vestibule separated by a door leading to the bedroom. It consists of an open space with an open bathroom and closed toilet. The bay window overlooks the pool and terrace on the other side. The bathroom is open to the bedroom separated by a partition, the toilet is closed. The vestibule includes the fridge, dressing room and washing machine, it is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. The kitchen and dining area are in the veranda, which consists of a fully retractable bay window on both sides. This allows, depending on the weather conditions, to eat indoors or outdoors and to be sheltered from the mistral if necessary. Guest access You have access to the pool and its terrace as well as the garden that adjoins the pool (a fence marks off this area). These are shared spaces as well as the bay window that allows us to access them. Other things to note Our property is not on the ground floor, from the street access is via a gate then a flight of 20 steps leads to the studio along our main residence that we occupy. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues. A vehicle is necessary to get to the shops, we are poorly served by public transport It takes 15-30 minutes on foot to get to the nearest shops You enter the studio via the bay window that must be closed on both sides when you leave.
