Come and rest in the heart of the Rosannais, in the middle of medium-sized mountains, with beautiful light and without neighbors, while remaining close to all amenities. The house is an old stone farmhouse, where you can enjoy the coolness in summer and the calm. Many birds will brighten your meals with their singing under the large linden tree in the courtyard or in the garden. Close to many paths, rivers and a free body of water. There is a friendly cat. The space The house is an old stone farmhouse, which we have completely restored and where you can enjoy the coolness in summer. You will find all the equipment you need for your day-to-day comfort (including appliances), as this is our home that we rent out during our vacations. There is a residential area and a cottage area that are largely interconnected, allowing for enjoyable time together if there are many of you, while still offering the possibility of some independence at other times. These 2 large spaces can be separated as desired if you prefer to stay on your own. Ideal for 2 families. The house offers 2 large living rooms, each with a kitchenette. There is also a small living room with a sofa and a large screen for your computer. The sleeping area, comprising 5 bedrooms, is upstairs. The 3 adult bedrooms are equipped with 3 double beds ( 2* 160 and 1* 140) including one with a bunk bed. The 2 children's bedrooms are single beds. Our sofa is convertible, we have two benches that can be extra beds. Finally, a double mattress 140 will be available to install it to your sandstone. The house is quiet (no neighbors) with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Baronnies mountains. Numerous birds will brighten your meals with their song under the large linden tree in the courtyard or in the garden, and you will find many nearby trails (for walking, biking, or horseback riding). You will also find beautiful rivers where you can go swimming. The village of Rosans is located in the heart of the Provencal Baronnies Regional Natural Park, a transitional territory between Alpes and Provence. A friendly cat is present. It is a secluded house while still being close to all amenities: a charming village 3 km (1.9 miles) away, with its narrow, winding streets dotted with hollyhocks, the medieval Tour Carrée where you can find an exhibition and sale of local crafts (in summer) and a beautiful view from the top, a lovely church, a bakery, a bar-restaurant that occasionally hosts concerts, a good pizzeria, and a snack bar by a free lake with supervised swimming. 5 minutes by car you will find a Super U with multiple services (tobacco, post office, petrol...).
