The apartment is located in the heart of Green Point, within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and the Promenade, and a few minutes' Uber ride from the City Bowl and Gardens. It's easily accessible from the airport, and the apartment rates include electricity, Netflix, and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay 🏠 Load Shedding (Power Outages) 🔋🪫 In South Africa, scheduled power outages—known as load shedding—can occur. While we do our best to notify guests in advance, sometimes the schedules change unexpectedly. To stay informed, we recommend downloading the ESP Loadshedding app & following (Green Point 7) to track potential outages. 🚫 We don’t have a baby cot at the property Good news! We have an energy storage system in place to keep the Wi-Fi running and ensure your devices stay charged, so you can remain connected without disruption. Smoking Policy 🚭 Smoking is strictly permitted on the balcony only. The indoor space is a smoke-free environment for the comfort of all guests. Parking Information 🚗 Please note that there is no private parking at the building. Public parking is available next to the building area for guests. Cooling & Heating 🥵🆒 This apartment does NOT HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONING. We want to be upfront about this, as we’ve had inquiries in the past. However, we provide both a cooling fan and a heat fan to help ensure your comfort during your stay.
