Our chalet for 6 people is located in a holiday residence in a valley 1 km from Mauroux 46700 (Lot) and 10 km from Fumel (shopping centers), 15 km from Puy L'évêque, in the Cahors vineyard and close to many sites to discover Prayssac, the Château de Bonaguil, Montcuq, Cahors, Lot and Dordogne. It offers a fenced swimming pool from 06/14 to 09/14, a petanque court, a tennis court, a playground (trampoline, volleyball, table tennis, swings) The space With a surface area of + 60 m2, it is composed of a living room with lounge (sofas, TV, board games, dining area and equipped kitchen (combined oven-microwave, induction hobs, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker) overlooking a covered 12 m2 terrace where you can have lunch, dinner, relax... It then includes a separate toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and three bedrooms, one with bunk beds. We provide a washing machine located in the storage room. We also provide children's games, board games, books... as well as outdoor games (snowshoes, ball...). It has a Wi-Fi connection. It is surrounded by a private but unfenced space as well as a parking space. Our dog friends are welcome (they must be kept on a leash in the residence, clean and vaccinated).
