On the other hand, our UPS backup can only power lights and fans (up to 3 hours under normal usage). Unfortunately, local officials still haven't given the go-ahead to install a larger generator that could support air conditioning equipment. However there are very minimal power cuts in the area. Pest & Flies: As you will be staying in the beach side, there are high chances of any insects or mosquitoes entering the property.
