Located down the street from Uptown Normal and ISU (about five blocks...an easy, beautiful walk on a nice day) and minutes to everything Bloomington-Normal has to offer. Close to Rivian, State Farm, Illinois Wesleyan University, Country Financial, Historic Route 66, and so many others. The space Two bedrooms with Nectar memory foam mattresses on the Queen-sized beds, one bedroom with a comfortable Twin bed, a Queen-sized pullout couch in the living room, and one bathroom all on one level to make your stay easy and comfortable. Bedside tables with plugs for all your devices. A fully stocked kitchen with Keurig duo coffee maker. A new deck and backyard privacy fence for you to relax on (updates to the outside space coming Summer 2023!) and your dog(s) to run free. Smart TVs in every bedroom, as well as the living room. A smart lock on the front door with your own unique code and a Nest smart thermostat to keep you comfortable no matter what the crazy central Illinois weather is doing. Guest access The whole house and yard are all yours! Use the smart lock with your personal code to get in. Other things to note There is no laundry on site, but if you need something cleaned please let us know and we can guide you to the nearest laundry facility or hook you up with a laundry service (They come pick it up and then drop it off that same day clean and folded!) The driveway can accommodate at least three cars parking tandem and ample street parking in front of the house. There is a garage on the property, but it isn't available for guests to park in at this time.
