Close to nature and modern villa

Our house of 135 sqm is located in Lerum, outside of Gothenburg. The house is situated high up overlooking the forest and valley. We live next to a large forest area with wonderful hiking and running opportunities. In the house there is a large and very well-equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Our two large terraces with seating and dining groups offer both sun and shade. When we live here, there is also a cat in the house. The space You will stay in our home with all modern amenities. Very close to the house there is a large playground as well as a small soccer field. Swimming is available in Skogsjö within walking distance (about 20 minutes). By car, you can also easily reach the other nice swimming lakes in Lerum. In the kitchen, there is everything you need for cooking, including a Nespresso machine with the possibility to make a lovely cappuccino in the morning. Bring your own pods! Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a living room with two sofas and a TV. From here you go out to the lower terrace and garden, where there is the possibility to barbecue. We also have a separate TV room with a large comfortable sofa bed suitable for cozy movie nights. On the ground floor there is also a fully tiled bathroom with shower as well as laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom with bathtub. From all bedrooms you reach the upper terrace with seating area, large parasol and hammock. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 (entrance floor) is our TV room where two people sleep comfortably on a thick mattress in the sofa bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom 2 (upper floor) is our master bedroom. There are 2x90 cm adjustable beds from Carpe Diem. Bedroom 3 (upper floor) is our daughter's room with a comfortable bed (90 cm) and space for play. Bedroom 4 (upper floor) is our extra room/office where two people sleep well on an inflatable bed. Our two inflatable beds are suitable for adults and have a built-in electric pump. W 99 cm, L 191 cm, H 30 cm. All bedrooms have roller blinds/blackout curtains. Other: There are two 4K TVs (55+40 inches) with Apple TV with the ability to stream what you want to watch. Wireless Wi-Fi (100/100) is of course included. Parking for two cars directly adjacent to the house, one of which is under a roof. We have an electric car and you can charge your car at an extra cost. The charger is an 11 kW charger, type 2. Cable is available.
