The space The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 18 m² with double sofa bed, wall TV and Wifi - A kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : A king-size bed (180×200) and a convertible sofa - Bedroom 2 : Two bunk beds + a pull-out bed, sheets and towels included - A shower room with Italian shower - A separate toilet At your disposal if needed : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Large enclosed sloping garden. Some parts of the garden are very steep and not accessible to children. - Terrace of 20 m² with sea view and cliffs. Barbecue and outdoor furniture available during the summer. The house is ideally located in Le Tréport, in a very pleasant environment. Located on the heights of the city and 100m from the free funicular which brings you in 3 minutes to the beach, you will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... You can also reach the center of the village on foot, via a series of steps (10 minutes walk downhill) which allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the coastline.
