Detached carriage house with private entrance completed in 2021. 420 square foot studio apartment with full kitchen, workspace, full bath, queen bed, twin futon, smart TV, and free street parking. Steps from the city's best restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, and the Monon Trail. The space Carriage house is a separate structure located behind our home, overlooking backyard and a community garden with views of adjacent beautiful historic church. We're big on delicious hospitality (locally-made snacks or drinks will be waiting) Hoosier authors and poets (reflected in decor, and plenty of books for you to read during your stay) and the charm of Indianapolis (ask us anything and we'll point you in the right direction!) Note the guest space is located above a garage and is accessed by staircase. Other things to note No pets please.
