The open layout features a loft sleeping area with a king bed, plus a private queen bedroom and two full bathrooms. Enjoy a living area, bar-height dining, kitchenette, exposed brick, and windows overlooking downtown. A special parking permit provides access to the adjacent public lot. This is a pet-free property, with a $50/night fee per guest after the third for transparency. The space The bedroom area is situated on the second floor of a historic building with a law office below. The loft is accessed via a separate entrance on the side of the building and located at the top of a private staircase. The loft has large windows overlooking downtown Lexington and the mountains in the distance. The unique layout includes an open concept loft with a kitchenette, living room space and sleeping area with king bed as well as a hallway with access to two full bathrooms and a private bedroom with a queen bed. The loft space can be closed off for privacy when it's time to turn in for the evening. Guest access 🚗 Parking Information: ✅ A parking permit is provided for the nearby Methodist Church public parking lot, just steps from the apartment building. To ensure smooth use of the permit, we will request vehicle information in advance. ✅ While there isn’t a dedicated spot, the permit allows you to park in any available space within the lot without worry of tickets or interruptions during your stay. If spaces are full, there are several other public lots and a parking garage nearby. A map of these options is included in our Welcome Guide. If you have any questions or need assistance with parking, please don’t hesitate to send us a message. Other things to note The loft is your private retreat on the second floor of a historic building with a law office below. While you might hear the gentle hum of the streets or occasional activity from the office during business hours, Lexington is a pretty quiet little town! Access your space via a separate side entrance and private staircase.
