Creek End is flooded with natural light thanks to the generous triple glazed windows, which feature at every turn. The kitchen space is one of the brightest in the house, and undoubtedly arranged for entertaining. The five bi-fold doors lead to the substantial glass-fronted decked terrace, which is fully equipped with a plethora of garden furniture, from relaxing loungers to a plush outdoor sofa. Diners are more than looked after back inside too, with an extendable dining table, breakfast bar area and superlative fitted kitchen. From the high specification integrated Gaggenau appliances, Quooker boiling tap and large Caple wine cooler to the bespoke champagne fitted cabinets, this kitchen will take Cornish feasts to new heights. On this first floor you’ll also find a large dual aspect living space, complete with inset woodburner, 55” LG SmartTV with Sonos soundbar and sumptuous l-shaped sofa. There’s a large dining table seating eight, or head outside to graze under the Cornish sun with direct access onto the decked terrace. There is also a WC on this floor. Head upstairs to a land where guests sleep in style. The four bedrooms at Creek End, with its elevated position up in the trees, give a sense of treetop living, waking up to tireless views of the nature that surrounds this property. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes, bluetooth speakers, sumptuous super king mattresses and electronic blinds to allow for a restful night’s sleep. The crème de la crème is the master suite, elegantly styled the triple aspect with vaulted ceiling and private balcony creates an ambient space and provides an outlook of the creek beyond. There’s also a modern ensuite with large freestanding shower and double sink. The master also benefits from a dressing room entrance vestibule. A further dual aspect bedroom is positioned at the other side of the house, which soaks up the scenery through the apex windows, while the shower room ensuite exudes luxury with lavish fittings. The two further bedrooms can be arranged as twins or super kings thanks to the zip ‘n’ link mattresses. The contemporary family bathroom is also on this level, featuring a double ended bath with shower attachment, and large freestanding shower. The luxury continues on the lower ground floor; with an exclusive clandestine feel guests are treated to their very own bar and cinema room. Shake up a cocktail or grab a glass of champagne and head out to the bubbling hot tub. Guests will enjoy hunkering down for the evening in the cinema room, too, complete with 80” LG SmartTV, Bowers & Wilkens cinema sound system and sinkable modular Fama sofa – just bring the popcorn! On this floor there’s also a modern wet room, and utility space with a washing machine and tumble drier. Back in the bar space there’s also a convenient pull-down Murphy bed if extra sleeping space is required. Creek End is a distinctive and spacious family home, which offers guests the ultimate comforting holiday experience, with its open outlook towards the water and countryside. Set in its own tranquil heaven it’s easy to forget that you’re just five miles south of the cathedral city of Truro, with its restaurants, independent boutiques and mainline rail links. Much of the surrounding countryside is owned and managed by the National Trust, including nearby Trelissick Gardens, and is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with numerous country and creek-side coastal walks to enjoy, including local beach Loe Beach which is less than a mile away. Facilities The grounds: Electric gates open to the walled driveway with parking for three/four cars. Double garage with covered storm porch (providing sheltered access to the rear entrance). Large decked terrace with glass balustrade and extensive garden furniture. There are two sun loungers, a bistro set for two, outdoor dining table to seat six, and a sizeable corner sofa seating up to ten guests. There’s also a cantilever parasol. There’s additional patio space at the lower part of the garden where the secluded bubbling hot tub awaits. At Creek End there are a series of lawned terraces with a plethora of flora, featuring Cornish stone walling further decked terrace, defined by a winding pathway. Lower ground floor: Wet room with shower, WC and sink. Separate utility room with Candy tumble drier and Bosch washing machine. The bar room is full kitted out with two draught taps (kegs not provided), cocktail equipment, glass dishwasher, sink and wine cooler. The bar room has a smartTV, three armchairs and a sofa. There is also a hidden double Murphy bed, which can be pulled down to create an extra bed. The home cinema room features 80” LG SmartTV, Bowers & Wilkens cinema sound system and sinkable modular Fama sofa, which can seat 10 comfortably. There are bi-fold doors which lead to the patio area and hot tub. Ground floor: Double height entrance hallway with a contemporary glazed staircase, and wall-hung art work. WC, with towel rail, basin and heated towel rail. Contemporary kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining space. The bespoke fully-fitted kitchen, with motion sensor under-cabinet lighting, is of the highest specification. There are two Gaggenau 200 series electric ovens, and a 200 series combi-microwave oven, an induction hob and Gaggenau extractor fan. There are two integrated fridge freezers, a miele dishwasher, Quooker boiling tap and large Caple wine cooler. There is a four-slice Breville toaster and matching kettle. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with utensils, crockery and dinnerware, with everything a budding chef could need. The extendable dining table comes with three chairs and a wooden bench, meanwhile the breakfast bar area has four bar stools. There is also a Bluetooth speaker and wall-mounted SmartTV. The five bi-fold doors, give direct access from the kitchen to the large decked terrace. The dual aspect living room features a modern inset woodburner, large l-shaped plush sofa and two armchairs. There’s a glass coffee table stocked with board games and books for guests to enjoy, plus a 55” LG SmartTV and Sonos soundbar. The dining table comes with eight chairs, and there’s direct access to the terrace from this room. First floor: The elegantly styled super king master suite features a dressing room entrance vestibule, a triple aspect view with vaulted ceiling and two armchairs. The private glass-fronted balcony provides an outlook of the creek beyond. There’s also a modern ensuite with large freestanding shower and double sink. The third bedroom zip ‘n’ link mattresses and can be arranged as a large super king or as a twin. The fourth bedroom also has zip ‘n’ link mattresses and can therefore be set up as a twin or super king. There are fitted wardrobes, a portable Bluetooth speaker and Decorquip electric blinds. The spacious contemporary family bathroom is also on this level, featuring a double ended bath with separate shower attachment, and a large freestanding shower.
