The space The apartment is located within a condominium residence and is on the first floor, offering beautiful lake view. It features a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, and appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The living area includes a two-seater sofa bed, an additional sofa, a dining table, and a TV corner. Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and the living room, with a modern system that can be used for both cooling and heating. Guests are welcomed with a delightful welcome basket. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are included, and free Wi-Fi is provided. The apartment also has private parking within the property. Guest access HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENT FROM THE TRAIN STATION: The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station. 🚆 From Varenna-Esino Train Station Exit the station, cross the road, and take Via Venini, the main street going downhill toward the lake. Continue along the left side of the street next to the river. You will notice yellow buildings along the way: they are all part of the same residential complex where the apartment is located. When you reach the STOP sign, on your right you will see the bar/hotel “La Tosca” (great for breakfast). Turn left, cross the bridge over the river, and continue for a few meters. The entrance to the residence is on the left. HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENT FROM THE FERRY TERMINAL: ⛴️ From the Varenna Ferry Terminal After disembarking, keep the lake behind you and walk uphill along Via Venini. At the STOP sign, you will see a complex of yellow apartment buildings in front of you: this is the residence where the apartment is located. The main entrance is on the right-hand side, just to the right of the bus stop. Other things to note - For security and insurance reasons, entry is prohibited to all persons without authorization and who are not guests of the structure. - Smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the apartment, it is only allowed in the external parts. - Children must always be in the company of an adult outside the apartment. - there is no washing machine in the apartment but a few minutes walk away, precisely in Contrada dei Sarti n.10 there is a self-laundry open 24/7. - upon reservation we have a cot and high chair available with an extra cost of € 10.00 per night. - The tourist tax is to be paid on site in cash equal to €3,00 per person per night up to 7 consecutive nights.
