The 35 m2 2-room apartment, located at the bottom of the villa, has its private entrance and an unoverlooked terrace where it's nice to relax under the pine trees (about 20 m2) overlooking a large plot. An incredible panoramic view of Almanarre Beach, Les Salins and Hyères offers you a unique setting. The space The bedroom includes a 160 cm double bed (queen size) and storage. The toilet is separate. Kitchen facilities: - Small surprises in the fridge to welcome you! - Refrigerator/freezer - Stovetop and range hood - Microwave - Filter coffee machine - Oven - Toaster -Water boiler - Dishes - Washing machine To enjoy the view, the outdoor area includes a dining table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and coffee table, an anti-theft anchor for bicycles placed under the bedroom window, out of sight.
