House on the Cove

House on the Cove is an architect-designed three-bedroom house nestled in the trees on a quiet tidal cove. Huge glass doors open to a large screen porch to create a generous living space. A cook's kitchen with a six-burner stove well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes and sharp knives is ready for anyone who loves to cook. Each of the three bedrooms has spectacular water views. Tidal access to the water via steps and a rocky coast. Kayaks and paddleboards available to borrow. The space Spacious great room can be enlarged in nice weather by opening the doors to the screened-in porch. Two ground floor bedrooms have ensuite full baths. The "Tree House" is a semi-enclosed loft, accessible by stairs, with a half-bath. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and basement. (Storage areas in the basement are off-limits.)
