Take a break while staying in this apartment located in the middle of the Intra-Muros d'Avignon. A stone's throw from the Palais des Papes, all shops, amenities and restaurants are within walking distance. The Oriflamme theater is a few meters from the apartment; convenient during the festival! Ideal for 2 people, the sofa bed can accommodate 4 guests. The space The 62-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a 17th-century building. It will be your haven of tranquility and relaxation in the middle of the city. You will enjoy its calm, its freshness in summer and its comfort in winter. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, at the end of the hallway. You will enter the large living room in which there is an open kitchen with central island and a large dining table. The sofa bed (120 cm) is in this room. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils). You will access the large spacious bedroom through the living room. There is a TV as well as a large 140 cm bed. Two fans will allow you to cool off in summer if needed. Electric heaters are available in all rooms for added comfort in winter. Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find the bathroom with a spacious bathtub and toilet. In addition to the items already mentioned, there is a washing machine, an iron and a table; Wi-Fi. The ideal location will allow you to discover Provence in all these aspects: - Avignon: In the heart of the city, all the monuments of Avignon will be accessible on foot in a few minutes - Wine Estate of the Southern Rhône Valley: In just 25 minutes by car you will enter the Provençal wine route with world-renowned appellations (Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, etc.). - Luberon: You will reach the villages of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse in 40 minutes. They will allow you to access the Luberon Park. - Alpilles: You will access the world-famous city of Saint-Rémy de Provence in 30 minutes by car, the Alpilles park will then open to you. - Le Ventoux: 45 minutes by car will be enough to reach the foot of Mont Ventoux and its typical villages (Bédoin, Malaucène...). - Aix en Provence: It will take less than 1 hour to reach the city of Aix en Provence - Beaches of the Côte-Bleue: The first beaches of the Côte-Bleu will be accessible in a little more than 1 hour by car. Avignon TGV station: Buses allow you to reach the city center from the TGV station, but the best solution is to take the Avignon TGV - Avignon Centre train line to then reach the apartment. Other things to note As the apartment is in the city center, we ask our vacationers to limit their noise, especially in the evening so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
