Welcome to our cozy lake home retreat in a quiet neighborhood located on Cindy’s Lake a 23-acre tranquil private lake in Smyrna. We are 15 minutes’ drive to the Battery and Truist Park. We are centrally located near Atlanta, Marietta and Vinings for delicious dining experience and entertainment. Our home is a 5 minute drive to Silver Comet Trial for walking, running or biking. Feel free to bring your fishing gear for your pleasure. There is a zero tolerance policy on parties and smoking. The space This is a 3 bedroom cozy remodeled ranch with two full baths on a private lake. Sleep like a log on the top rated Casper matters in all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full size standing shower. The other two bedrooms offer queen size beds and share a full shower and a tub. Bring your fishing gear to fish off the private dock or take out the kayak and the canoe for a trip around the lake. Take advantage of the brand new outdoor grill while connecting with family and friends. Bring your yoga mat or favorite book and enjoy the picturesque view of the lake. The 6-person outdoor Hot Tub is awaiting you to unwind at anytime of the day or night. There is desk work for your connivence just incase you need to catch up with work. This is a beautiful family neighborhood with lots of mature trees and very safe for strolling or jogging. Please observe the quiet time and children should be accompanied by responsible adult around the water for their safety! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the area that are closed off and private. Other things to note Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am. Must be at least 25 years old to book. No parties or gathering. Only the number of people on the lease stay overnight Please be respectful as you are staying in someone’s home. No unauthorized videography or photography of any kind without the owners permission. Violating this will result in a fine. Late check out will result in a fine Any type of fire hazard will result in a fine. No smoking, vaping, incense, candles. Please respect as this is someone’s home. Please allow everyone in your group access to the Airbnb app so they will be informed of the house ruled. No Smoking of any kind inside the home. There will be a $500 fine! Only the cars on file should park in the driveway. Must observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am in respect to the neighbors. Children must be accompanied by responsible adults in and around water. Life jackets are required for everyone’s safety! There are security cameras on outside of our home located in the front entrance door, driveway, backyard and outdoor deck area for your peace of mind and safety.
