There are 200 indoor car park lots. You may park your car (First come First serve basis) at the rate of RM5.00 per entry per night after being validated at the concierge. This rate is only applicable to one car per unit. You may park any additional car at the rate of RM10 per hour (First come First serve) *Please note that:- 1) Wear face mask all the time when you are at common area or out from the unit. 2) No party is allowed. 3) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found. 4) No Over-pax / non-registered guest. 5) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is. 6) Quiet hour is 9pm onwards. 7) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 11am) will be charged at Rm50 per hour. 8) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary. 9) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding. 10) No deposit for short-term stay. Entry to the swimming pool is limited to ten (10) persons at anyone (1) time and compulsory to be registered via MySejahtera QR code scan before entering Ceylonz Suites and the swimming pool. ii. Only pool user(s) who are fully vaccinated are allowed to use the pool. However, before entering the pool, the pool users MUST present their Digital Vaccination Certificate or their Vaccination Card to the pool attendant or the security guard in order to gain access into the pool. iii. Maximum pool usage duration of the pool is 2 hours per person. iv. High Risk Group which are retirees from age 60 years and above & children (17 years old and below) are not encouraged to use the pool. However, children who are 17 years old and below must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or an adult who shall be responsible for their safety and proper behaviour at all times when using the pool. v. Pool users are to practise social distancing of 3 metres apart in the pool and 1 metre apart before entering the pool. vi. Users are not allowed in the swimming pool when disinfection work is in progress. vii. Proper swimming attire must be worn by all users. viii. Users are not advisable to be sharing pool towel and equipment. ix. Anyone who breaches any of the above will be prevented or barred from entering the swimming pool or will be escorted out of the swimming pool. x. The swimming pool will be fully closed at 2200 PM
