Each apartment has a balcony on the street. Guest access Self check-in. The entrance door of the building opens onto a large hallway overlooking the garden. The common staircase leads to both apartments. Other things to note - Bookings for third parties are prohibited. - No person not included in the reservation is allowed to enter, unless previously agreed, under penalty of immediate eviction and without reimbursement. - Your lockbox is within sight of the camera located in the common areas (the entrance hall). It will be useful for all your trips and to make your exit autonomous. It will contain the key to the accommodation and the parking badge. These precautions guarantee your comfort and safety. - The temperature of the accommodation is 21 degrees. Not modifiable. Do not touch the thermostat, you would block the temperature at lower degrees. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and in the common areas.
