The space Our shared co-living flat offers four private 1-bedroom fully furnished units each with private bathroom, a walk in closet/office room, work desk and a full size memory foam mattress bed along with other amenities listed below. Guest access Our modern floor plan consists of 4 private fully furnished units (including beddings, linens and towels) with keypad access with common kitchen, living room and laundry room. You will have one assigned full kitchen cabinet with all you need for cooking/dining needs along with one mini-fridge (in your unit) and a shared full-size refrigerator in kitchen. Common open kitchen area includes a 6-person dining table along with a short bar table which can be used either for workspace or dining. The living area includes a 55-inch smart TV, decorative fireplace and 2 loveseats. Laundry room has a washer and dryer (free of charge, just bring your laundry detergent- laundry baskets provided for each unit), iron, utility sink and stainless-steel utility table. EV Charger available for $10/day fee. A 4 prone outlet is provided by the parking space, just bring your cable to plug in.
